Inspired by a beloved family matriarch, The Pearle Hotel and Spa was built with a vision to encapsulate the intersection of upscale and free from formality, eliciting the unparalleled warmth felt by all who knew Pearle. At it’s inception, The Pearle Hotel and Spa is the first hotel in the Autograph Collection by Marriott International in Ontario.

At The Pearle Hotel, we celebrate the inspiring legacy of Pearle Ciancone, whose values shape every aspect of our establishment. In 1942, Pearle and her husband Jim founded Hillcrest Dairy in Hamilton, where her entrepreneurial spirit and meticulous care set new standards of quality and hospitality.
Pearle’s dedication to local produce, family, and community laid the groundwork for a lasting legacy. Her green thumb, culinary skills, and unwavering work ethic are reflected in every corner of our hotel.
