Planning with Pearle
Your dedicated Consultant will be available to you starting at your details meeting, one month prior to your event. During this time, they will walk through your timeline, floor plan, décor details, menu selection, and guest allergies.
When are my final details and guest count due?
Please provide your final guest count no later than 5 days prior to your event. This final
number will be used for planning and billing purposes.
Once Final Payment is received, our team will send you an acknowledgement form to
review and complete. Once the completed acknowledgement form has been submitted,
no further changes or adjustments can be made to your contract or event details.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due 5 days prior to your event.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank draft
- Certified cheque
- Wire transfer
- Credit Card
Please note that payments over $3,000 made by credit card are subject to a 2.4%
administration fee.
Certified cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to The Pearle Hotel & Spa Inc.
Where do we park?
The Pearle Hotel offers valet parking for you and your guests at preferred event rates:
- $20 per vehicle for daytime parking
- $45 per vehicle for overnight parking
Guests may also use the City of Burlington’s paid public parking lots, conveniently located
throughout the downtown core and charged at hourly rates.
How will the room be set up?
Our Private Dining Room accommodates a minimum of 15 guests to a maximum of 40
guests.
- 15–34 guests: One long harvest table
- 35–40 guests: Four separate harvest tables

- Audio/visual capabilities, including Bluetooth surround sound and TV hookup
(HDMI). Please note: TV and HDMI output are not supported with MacBooks without
