Petite Isabelle
For celebrations, gatherings and everything in between, Petite Isabelle is a private dining room made for bringing people together. With lakeside views, a light and airy setting, and a menu rooted in farm-to-table ingredients sourced from Ontario farms and local producers, it’s a beautiful setting for private brunches, lunches, dinners and social occasions of all kinds.
When are my final details and guest count due?
Please provide your final guest count no later than 5 days prior to your event. This final number will be used for planning and billing purposes.
Once final payment is received, our team will send you an acknowledgement form to review and complete. Once the completed acknowledgement form has been submitted, no further changes or adjustments can be made to your contract or event details.
Where do we park?
The Pearle Hotel offers valet parking for you and your guests at preferred event rates:
- $20 per vehicle for daytime parking
- $45 per vehicle for overnight parking
Guests may also use the City of Burlington’s paid public parking lots, conveniently located throughout the downtown core and charged at hourly rates.
Can I bring my own décor?
Yes! You’re welcome to personalize the space with simple décor such as:
- Florals
- Balloons
- Welcome signs
- Photos
- Backdrops
You will have access to the room 30 minutes before your guests arrive to complete your setup.
Please note:
- All décor must be approved by your Event Consultant prior to the event.
- Deliveries must be coordinated in advance through our receiving department with your Event Consultant.
- Nothing may be attached or adhered to the walls.
- Real candles are permitted only if they are natural soy candles placed in a vessel that extends at least 1 inch above the flame.
- All décor must arrive on the day of the event and be removed immediately following the event.
- Event favors that contain alcohol will not be permitted.
If you are planning on ordering or providing custom charger plates and linens, these items would need to be delivered the day prior to ensure enough time to set the room and taken home following the event.
Are DJs or live bands permitted?
DJs, live bands, and musicians are not permitted in the Private Dining Room.
The space is equipped with Bluetooth surround sound speakers, allowing you to connect your own device and play your preferred playlist throughout the event.
Can I bring my own cake or dessert?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own cake or personal dessert.
An outside dessert fee of $6 per person applies and includes cake cutting and serving by our team.
Please note that The Pearle Hotel & Spa is a peanut-free facility. Desserts or baked goods containing peanuts are not permitted.
How does the South Patio work?
The Petite Isabelle South Patio is an additional rented space directly facing Lake Ontario, available exclusively in conjunction with the Private Dining Room during the warmer months. It is intended for hosting cocktail receptions prior to your event dinner and cannot be rented separately.
Please note that the South Patio is an outdoor, uncovered space. Use of the patio is subject to weather conditions and may be unavailable if weather does not permit. The rental fee for this additional space is non-refundable, including in the event that weather prevents its use.
The South Patio rental includes:
- High-top round tables
- Couches
- Umbrellas
- Satellite bar

When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due 5 days prior to your event.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank draft
- Certified cheque
- Wire transfer
- Credit card
Please note that payments over $3,000 made by credit card are subject to a 2.4% administration fee.
Certified cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to The Pearle Hotel & Spa Inc.
How will the room be set up?
Our Private Dining Room accommodates a minimum of 15 guests to a maximum of 40 guests.
- 15–34 guests: One long harvest table
- 35–40 guests: Four separate harvest tables
Your private dining event includes:
- Four harvest tables (8 ft × 3.5 ft each)
- One butler’s table (8 ft × 2 ft)
- One high-top cocktail table
- Chairs
- Custom printed menus
- Gold cutlery
- Placemats
- Glassware
- Plateware
- Linen napkins
- Dedicated service staff
- Audio/visual capabilities, including Bluetooth surround sound and TV hookup (HDMI)
- Elevator access for accessibility
- Coat check upon arrival
Please note: TV and HDMI output are not supported with MacBooks without an adaptor.
Can I bring a photographer?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring a photographer.
Photography is permitted within the private dining room only. Photography is not permitted in the main dining room or other public areas of the hotel.
How does the bar work?
A host bar tab will be established for your event.
All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ordered during the event will be charged based on consumption and added to the host’s final bill.
You are also welcome to bring your own wine. A $35 corkage fee applies per standard 750 mL bottle.
What about children’s meals?
Children are welcome to order from our Children’s À La Carte Menu instead of the pre-selected event menu.

Orders will be taken during the event and added to the host’s final bill.
